To ensure that you receive the highest quality camel milk for your pet, we ship your milk frozen in a secure styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Tracking your shipment is easy; you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as we ship it. We only ship our milk Monday and Tuesday.

Upon arrival, please store the frozen milk in your freezer. When ready to use, thaw in your refrigerator. Once thawed, it should be used within 7–14 days. Remember to shake well before serving, as natural separation is to be expected.

If the milk arrives thawed but still cold, please refrain from refreezing. Instead, refrigerate it, and the milk remains safe for your pet's consumption for the next 1–2 weeks.

If your milk arrives partially thawed and partially frozen, there's no need to worry – it's completely normal. You have the option to either refreeze or refrigerate it based on when you plan to use it.

If your milk arrives warm and thawed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.
