Shipping policy

1. Perishable Product, No Returns Camel milk is highly perishable. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once product leaves our facility, it cannot re-enter our supply chain.

2. Order Cutoff & Shipping Schedule Our fulfillment cutoff is Tuesday at 10:00 AM CT. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following Monday. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays only to protect freshness. Transit typically takes 2–3 days.

3. Customer Information Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and email address at checkout. Orders are shipped exactly as entered, and tracking updates are sent to the email provided. Juba Farms is not responsible for delays, missed updates, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes. For apartments, condos, or buildings with parcel lockers or mailrooms, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package from the designated drop point promptly.

5. Temperature Guarantee We guarantee your milk will arrive cold. It may not arrive frozen — during warmer months, full freeze is difficult to maintain in transit, and that's expected. Cold and thawed is safe. If your milk arrives above 40°F or at room temperature, contact us and we'll make it right.

6. Hot Weather & Extreme Temperatures During heat waves and extreme conditions, we proactively add extra ice packs and dry ice to protect your shipment. Even with these precautions, prompt retrieval upon delivery is critical.

7. Proof of Delivery & Post-Delivery Responsibility Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier — to a porch, mailroom, concierge, locker, or any designated point — responsibility transfers to the customer. Camel milk must be retrieved promptly to avoid spoilage. Juba Farms is not responsible for stolen packages, packages left outside, or damage occurring after delivery.

8. Issues With Your Order If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away at hello@jubafarms.com with your order number and details. Every situation is reviewed individually with fairness and transparency, and we'll work with you on a resolution.

9. Quality & Handling All camel milk is bottled fresh each week and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures in transit. Our handling standards and no-return policy exist to ensure every bottle you receive is fresh and uncompromised.
