Refund policy

Perishable Products:
Because camel milk is highly perishable, we do not accept returns once your order is delivered.

Reporting Issues (24‑Hour Window):
If your camel milk arrives spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or expired, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via one of these channels:

  • Website contact form

  • Live chat on our site

  • Direct message on Facebook or Instagram (@jubafarms)

What We Need From You:

  1. Order number

  2. Brief description of the issue

  3. Photo of the product showing the problem

  4. Photo of the cap sticker (lot number & expiration date)

  5. Photo of packing slip (if wrong or missing item)

Resolution:
Once we receive your complete claim within 24 hours, we’ll respond within 4 business hours and — if eligible — offer either:

  • A replacement shipped at no cost

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Resolutions are typically finalized within 3–5 business days.
