HANDLING YOUR MILK
To ensure that you receive the freshest camel milk, we ship your milk frozen in a secure styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Tracking your shipment is easy, you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as we ship it. We only ship our milk Monday and Tuesday.
Upon arrival, please store the frozen milk in your freezer. It can remain frozen for up to six months, but once thawed, it's best to consume within 2-3 weeks. Remember to shake well before enjoying, as natural separation is to be expected.
If the milk arrives thawed but still cold, please refrain from refreezing. Instead, refrigerate it, and the milk remains safe for consumption over the next 3-4 weeks.
If your milk arrives partially thawed and partially frozen, there's no need to worry – it's completely normal. You have the option to either refreeze or refrigerate it, and then you can enjoy it as usual!
If your milk arrives warm and thawed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

اولا Jobafarms ملتزمين بالوقت وعلى ان يصل المنتج في احسن حال وطازج
ثانيا طريقة حفص الحلبية وتخزينه بالثلج كي لا يفسد جد متقنة
ثالثا اقسم بالله طفلي التوحدي لم يشرب الحليب منذ سبع سنوات لكني تفاجأت بأنه يشرب هذا الحليب بدون عناء مني وينهي كوبه وابنتي التوحدية ايضا أحبته كثيرا

The milk was packed well enough that it was still frozen some what so I was not concerned. The flavor was better than I expected. It does taste like cow’s milk but much much better. I did not have any stomach issues at all with the camels’s milk. Delicious!

The package came in well protected as it was mentioned on the website. The milk is natural and fresh and I like the fact that you can keep it in your freezer and still fresh when ready to be served. I highly recommend Juba Farms for their price, excellent packaging and natural Camel milk.
I absolutely love "Juba Farms" You can use it just like traditional milk. The taste is smooth and my son drinks it by itself or in his cereal. No other place where i would purchase, than with Juba Farms.

Very good. Mixed it with regular milk for son to drink in cereal. Thank you! Product has good shelf life and expiration date is marked on container. Came frozen and I thawed it out in fridge. After two or three days it was completely thawed out. Shake as well to melt frozen parts faster.
