Welcome to Juba Farms. These Terms of Service govern your use of jubafarms.com, your customer or wholesale account, and the products and services offered by Juba Farms LLC ("Juba Farms," "we," "us"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when we post them on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
3. Use of Our Services
You may use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of others. You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices and product availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.
Wholesale orders are also subject to the payment terms on your invoice. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
5. Subscriptions
How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorize Juba Farms to charge your payment method and ship your order automatically at the delivery interval you selected. Your subscription renews at that interval, and you will be charged for each order, until it is canceled.
Your subscription is tied to your checkout email
Every subscription is attached to the email address used at checkout. That email address is how we locate your subscription.
How to cancel or change a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your subscription portal. Log in with the email address you used at checkout. You can also email hello@jubafarms.com. Send your request from the email address you used at checkout, or include that email address in your message. Adding your order number helps us find your subscription faster.
We cannot reliably locate a subscription from a name alone, or from an email address that is not associated with the order. A cancellation request is not complete until we have the information we need to find your subscription. If we need more information, we will reply and ask for it.
Cancellation deadline
You must cancel before your next order ships. Once a subscription order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you are responsible for the charge for that order. A cancellation received after an order has shipped applies to future orders only. If a request reaches us without the information we need and your order ships before you provide it, that order cannot be canceled.
Shipped orders
Shipped subscription orders are covered by our Return Policy.
Payment and price changes
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause the subscription, or cancel it. Subscription prices may change. If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before your next order is charged.
6. Product Information
Juba Farms camel milk is 100% pure camel milk. We work to offer the best price we can, but we do not guarantee that our prices are the lowest available, and we do not price match.
Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program description
Juba Farms sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Wholesale customers receive transactional order notifications: invoices and payment links, payment due-date reminders, overdue notices, shipping and tracking updates, and payment confirmations. Customers who separately opt in to marketing texts may also receive promotions and product updates.
How you opt in
Wholesale customers opt in by agreeing to receive text messages when placing an order with a Juba Farms sales representative, by phone or in person. We record your consent with the date and your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your orders and account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Juba Farms does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP to any message, or email wholesale@jubafarms.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changing your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, let us know so we can stop sending messages to it.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in it.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Juba Farms and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juba Farms, its affiliates, and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our website and services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juba Farms and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website and services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
