HANDLING YOUR MILK
To ensure that you receive the freshest camel milk, we ship your milk frozen in a secure styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Tracking your shipment is easy, you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as we ship it. We only ship our milk Monday and Tuesday.
Upon arrival, please store the frozen milk in your freezer. It can remain frozen for up to six months, but once thawed, it's best to consume within 2-3 weeks. Remember to shake well before enjoying, as natural separation is to be expected.
If the milk arrives thawed but still cold, please refrain from refreezing. Instead, refrigerate it, and the milk remains safe for consumption over the next 3-4 weeks.
If your milk arrives partially thawed and partially frozen, there's no need to worry – it's completely normal. You have the option to either refreeze or refrigerate it, and then you can enjoy it as usual!
If your milk arrives warm and thawed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

It took longer than expected. I did however get an email letting me know it would be a week longer. I received it on a Thursday 3 hours later than I was informed. The product was half frozen. I had been drinking unprocessed camel milk from Jordan, the taste is much richer there. I thawed put one of your containers and drink a cup a day. The smell was fine the first day, but every day it seems to smell less pleasant. I am drinking it for my health. Many Jordanian people told me it might help reduce my tumors. I will try for one more month. I just with I could get it unpasteurized.

Heard of all the benefits of camel milk my whole life. Being a first generation American I’ve yet to come across some, until now. Thanks to Juba farm’s I can enjoy the benefits myself! Just got the milk today and it is great. Has a taste I wouldn't expect but definitely delightful. Best thing is it didn't have a farm smell like goat milk or organic whole milk. I would say make sure it 100 percent defrost before drinking it or you'll get a condensed version of the taste while it's still frozen.

My honest review is that I am pleased with the entire experience with ordering from Juba Farms. I ordered an initial batch at a small quantity to test it out and the milk arrived still partially frozen given that I live in NYC.
