Juba Farms LLC ("Juba Farms," "we," "us") sells camel milk products through jubafarms.com and to wholesale customers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our wholesale customer accounts, and our email and text message programs. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Account information: the login details for your customer or wholesale account.
  • Order and payment information: what you order, your invoices and payment status, and the payment details you provide at checkout or when paying an invoice. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
  • Communications: emails, text messages, calls, and support requests, including records of any consent you give us to contact you.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device type, IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Usage information: the pages you visit, your searches, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and web beacons to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
  • Send invoices and collect payment.
  • Contact you about your account, orders, payments, and questions.
  • Send marketing emails or text messages, only if you have opted in to them.

None of these categories include text messaging opt-in data and consent. See Section 4.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

Our text message programs

  • Wholesale order notifications: wholesale customers who agree to receive texts get transactional messages about their orders. These include invoices and payment links, payment due-date reminders, overdue notices, shipping and tracking updates, and payment confirmations. These messages are not marketing.
  • Marketing texts: if you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may send you promotions and product updates.

Consent

We only text you if you have agreed to receive messages at the mobile number you gave us. Wholesale customers give consent to a Juba Farms sales representative when placing an order, and we record that consent with the date and phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email wholesale@jubafarms.com for wholesale order texts or hello@jubafarms.com for anything else.

How we protect your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers. All of the sharing categories described in Section 3 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies

Cookies help our website work, remember your cart and preferences, and show us how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

6. Your Privacy Choices

  • Access, update, and correct: you can review and update your information by logging in to your account, or by contacting us.
  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text message.
  • Deletion: contact us to ask that we delete your personal information. We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as order and payment records.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Juba Farms does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
