To ensure that you receive the freshest camel milk, we ship your milk frozen in a secure styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Tracking your shipment is easy, you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as we ship it. We only ship our milk Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Upon arrival, please store the frozen milk in your freezer. It can remain frozen for up to six months, but once thawed, it's best to consume within three weeks. Remember to shake well before enjoying, as natural separation is to be expected.

If the milk arrives thawed but still cold, please refrain from refreezing. Instead, refrigerate it, and the milk remains safe for consumption over the next 3-4 weeks.

If your milk arrives partially thawed and partially frozen, there's no need to worry – it's completely normal. You have the option to either refreeze or refrigerate it, and then you can enjoy it as usual!

If your milk arrives warm and thawed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
